Do you offer a refund?

Yes, we will arrange refund to customer within 7 days after purchase. However, if there are any transaction fees incurred by the bank or payment gateway, and can not refund for them, we are not responsible for this. There is another case where you can not be reimbursed if we detect that you are violating our Terms of Use, for example, host to Spamertise, sending spam or bulk mail, or engaging in hacking. You will not receive a refund and the account will be terminated immediately, read our Refund Policy.

Can I use Proxy or VPN?

Yes, you can. You can install VPN or proxy in your vps. However, this is limited to Personal Use only, not public sharable or share between multiple party.

Customers may not use VPSfaster services for:

* Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
* Phishing activities
* Fraudulent operations
* Malware distribution
* Botnet operations
* Unauthorized network intrusion
* DDoS attacks
* Hosting illegal content
* Any activity prohibited by applicable law

Customers remain fully responsible for all activities conducted through their services.

## 3. Abuse Handling

Abuse reports are reviewed individually.

VPSfaster may investigate credible reports involving:

* Spam
* Network attacks
* Malware distribution
* Fraud
* Other violations of these Terms

Action will only be taken based on reasonable technical evidence, legal obligations, or threats to infrastructure stability.

## 4. Service Suspension and Termination

VPSfaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

* These Terms are violated
* Abuse is detected
* Payment fraud is suspected
* Service usage threatens network stability
* Legal compliance requires action

When practical, customers may be notified before suspension.

Immediate suspension may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect infrastructure, customers, providers, or legal interests.

## 5. Refund Policy

### Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all cryptocurrency payments are final.

Payments made using Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), or any other supported cryptocurrency are non-refundable.

Once a transaction has been confirmed and credited to a customer account, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

### Account Balance Deposits

Funds added to an account balance are non-refundable.

Account credits may only be used for purchasing or renewing VPSfaster services and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or other forms of payment.

### VPS Services

Refunds are not provided for:

* Provisioned VPS services
* Renewed services
* Partially used billing periods
* Cryptocurrency payments
* Account balance deposits
* Suspended services
* Terminated services resulting from Terms violations

If VPSfaster is unable to provision a purchased service due to a technical issue before deployment, VPSfaster may, at its sole discretion, issue account credit or a refund.

## 6. Payment Disputes

Any attempt to fraudulently reverse, dispute, or reclaim payments after services have been delivered may result in:

* Immediate service suspension
* Account termination
* Permanent restriction from future purchases

## 7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

* Maintaining backups
* Securing their servers
* Installing updates
* Managing access credentials
* Compliance with applicable laws

VPSfaster does not manage customer software unless explicitly stated.

## 8. Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Unless explicitly advertised as part of a service, VPSfaster does not guarantee backup availability or data recovery.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

VPSfaster makes no guarantee regarding:

* Continuous availability
* Specific uptime levels unless contractually stated
* Suitability for a particular purpose
* Performance expectations beyond published specifications

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPSfaster shall not be liable for:

* Data loss
* Lost profits
* Lost business opportunities
* Service interruptions
* Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, network incidents, or security events
* Third-party provider failures
* Indirect or consequential damages

## 10. Infrastructure Providers

VPSfaster may utilize third-party datacenters, network operators, and infrastructure providers.

While we carefully select our partners, VPSfaster is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or actions performed by third-party providers beyond our direct control.

VPSfaster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon publication.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

## 12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of VPSfaster services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting VPSfaster's obligation to comply with applicable Brazilian laws and valid court orders issued by competent judicial authorities.
